We have had a great start to Senior Infants and have all been working so hard. We have had lots of fun this term and are particularly enjoying Aistear.
This term in Aistear we have had The Estate Agents, The Café, The Doctors surgery and The Post Office. We have all enjoyed the different stations.
We have been working really hard on our Phonics and reading in Senior Infants and everyone is reading really well. We are nearly finished all our sounds too which we are very proud of!
We have also been working hard at Maths and are very good at using our number lines and unfix cubes to help us add and subtract.
We have loved doing GAA with Simon this term and are so happy we will continue having GAA after Christmas.
This term we have had lots of different Mystery Readers come in to our class. It has been really exciting for everyone and we have loved having them and listening to all the different stories. Thank you to everyone who has taken part so far.
We’re really looking forward to being on stage in our second RMDS Christmas concert on Thursday 19th December . It will be great fun singing in our show. See you there and Happy Christmas to all!
