This was a very sad month since our long standing principal, Ms. Whelan, retired.

We decorated the hall with a stained glass window,  inspired by the windows which were in school when Ms Whelan started.

There was a goodbye ceremony to her.  In the ceremony each class sang a song and we sang 'See You Again' with our own twist. We also, baked cupcakes, as a class effort, which she enjoyed. Our new principal is Ms. Stynes.

Another grim and grey subject; we all did, in groups, a World War II project.  We covered five different aspects of the war, Before the War, Politics, Everyday Life, The Resistance, After the War, Key Battles and Jews During the War. We used a mixture of powerpoints and posters for the final presentation.

Before Halloween, in PE we all ran/jogged 5km  along the canal.  A big thanks to all the parents who helped.  We were all very tired but proud.  Then we had to do maths.
