SCHOOL NEWS in Brief…..
19th January 2017

From the Principal’s desk:
As you know, we use the fantastic facilities of Mountpleasant LTC each day for big break, extra curricular activities and PE in the senior classes. We are very grateful for the use of this facility. However, we must ensure that all children have non-marking white soled runners in order to use the tennis courts and the badminton hall. Children will not be allowed wear black soled runners on either the courts or in the hall.
Please ensure that children have suitable footwear for playtime every day.

Huge congratulations to Louise Ormiston and her family on the birth of her beautiful baby boy.

We had a very successful anti-bullying drama workshop “Be the Solution” run by Sarah and Sian from Sticks and Stones with R3 and R4 this week. There was hugely positive feedback from children and teachers.

Well done to Aimée (R5), Lara (R5), Rowan (R1) and Rosa (R1) who won the Christmas Newsletter Quiz! We will run another quiz in the next few weeks!

Please check for lost property at the gate in the morning. All items left at the weekend will be donated to charity.
