From the Principal’s Desk….
We enjoyed a lovely assembly this morning led by Rang 3. Our theme was Bullying Awareness. Rang 3 spoke to us about what bullying is, about our need to be kind, and how it is so important to take responsibility for our own behaviour, but equally important not to just stand by and let bullying happen on our watch.
Watch out for some extra acts of kindness over the weekend! The children are on a little secret mission!!!
A reminder that our school is closed on Monday, 5th February for the St. Brigid’s Day bank holiday.
School also closes for midterm break on Friday, 9th February and will re-open on Monday, 19th February.
Well done to Fay, Danielle, Rhea, Edie and Elsa in Rang 4 who took part in the Dublin Irish Dancing Feis last weekend, under Adrian Gallagher’s leadership. Adrian runs our Extra Curricular Irish Dancing Classes here in RMDS.

Thanks to everyone who supported the Clothes Recycling Event in the yard! The atmosphere was brilliant and hopefully people got themselves something new-to-them and lovely!
The event raised over €200 for Médecins Sans Frontières.
