Spring Term with Super Seniors!

The highlights of this term were:

Learning about how to always Stay Safe.

Listening to stories each week about Mr. Teddy’s adventures as he visited the houses of Tara – Rose, Mylie  Rose, Alice, Kate, Sam, Bobby, Shane and Faye.

Gymnastics , GAA and Irish Dancing for PE.

Our trip to Imaginosity where we played,  enjoyed a workshop

about flight and made rockets.

Winter walk followed by chalk drawings of winter.

Singing as much and as often as possible! We are able to sing in two groups using a special rhythm called ostinato.

Making and eating pancakes on Shrove Tuesday.

Project work – learning about “School Life 100 Years Ago”.

Making beautiful cards for Mother’s Day and writing messages on them.

Seachtain na Gaeilge – ag léamh, ag canadh, ag damhsa agus ag imirt cluichí trí ghaeilge i rith na seachtaine.

Writing Spring acrostic poems.

Practising good manners whenever we get the chance.

World Book Day – we loved swapping our books and then reading them in school!

Learning about and looking forward to celebrating Proclamation Day and St Patrick’s Day!
